SHIPPING POLICY

We are pleased to offer shipping services to customers across British Columbia, Canada, and internationally. Here's what you can expect:

  • Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we aim to process it within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, please allow additional time for processing.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You can view the shipping options and rates before completing your order at checkout. For local deliveries within British Columbia, we offer competitive rates to ensure you get the best value.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location. For shipments within British Columbia, you can expect to receive your order within 2–7 business days. For orders outside of British Columbia, delivery times may take longer, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on the shipping destination.

  • Shipping Carriers: We work with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, and other reliable services to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Local Pickup: If you're located in British Columbia, we offer the option to pick up your order in person at our warehouse or office location (please contact us for details before choosing this option).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy for orders within British Columbia and other locations.

  • Return Period: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition (including packaging).

  • Eligibility for Returns: The following products are eligible for return:

    • Unused and unopened items

    • Products that are defective or damaged upon arrival

    • Products that were sent incorrectly

  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including:

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Custom orders

    • Gift cards

  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Care team at info@bgtouch.ca or call us at +1 604 616 9466. We'll guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization and return shipping label.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure the item is received by us. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds & Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to appear on your account. If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement as soon as the original product is returned and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order at info@bgtouch.ca or +1 604 616 9466. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

Once your order is placed, we work quickly to process and ship it. If you need to change the shipping address or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can assist with changes as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
